I am so depressed. 2 minutes to go until Penalty shots and Italy scored. To make matters worse they scored twice within as many minutes. We were so close we could have beat Italy in Penalty shots. This just sucks.

I'm pissed, too. I wasn't 'allowed' to watch the game. :-P
I woke up near half time & sat up to watch (our only tv is in the bedroom) & D bitched about wanting breakfast & coffee & wasn't I going to go make Brioche breakfast...bitch bitch bitch! I could have stood my ground & stayed to watch, but it was easier to not. lol. Men can be SUCH asses!!!
So when he came to tell me about the game I just said I don't have any idea what you're talking about, 'cuz I didn't get to watch!
How rude of D to make you make breakfast while the game was on. You are a better wife than I am my answer would be like you got hands get it yourself (game or no game). I love to cook, but dislike being told to do so.

Katy - yeah that's what we were all saying that if it went to a penalty shoot out we were probably going down. BUT I'm ecstatic as is the rest of this great nation!

Cherry - I don't know who will win. I am rooting fro Portugal. I will not watch Sunday (I may not even watch Saturday) because I am meeting the au pairs to got jetskiing. Originally I was going to bring a radio and a TV to the beach but now there is no need for it. *still depressed*
I'm thinking Italy and France are going to be vying for the cup...
I haven't watched one single game in the whole series, which makes me a very, very bad girl I'm sure... But hey, I've got other 'sports' to contend with... like Extreme Beading! LMAO!!!!
All the Itals were supporting Portugal too. Now they are all shitting themselves because France will prob kick their asses because they're in form. But I hope they don't!!!!!

Cherry - yeah I can see the french beating Italy. Should be interesting. Yesterdays game was the first one I missed but I did watch the ESPN 60 min thing where they replayed the important parts including the goal
