picnic, tag and spidey
Well it seems the weather was on our side. The rain stopped long enough for people to get to the park and in the shelter. Grumpy even got the grill going and all the sausages and hot dogs where eaten in a heart beat. It ended up being 5 families with kids and 10 of the APs. The kids had a ball running around and enjoying each others company.
Grumpy left a bit before me so he could go and take a nap since he came from work (9pm-2am & 6am -2pm) straight to be grill master at the meeting. We were to finally go see Spidey but I couldn't get him up till hours after the show was over so we are going to do that this afternoon. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
Angel tagged me the other day
Here’s how it works: each blogger starts with eight to ten random facts slash habits about themselves… people who are tagged need to write posts in their own blog about the tag and post these rules… at the end of your post, you need to choose people to get tagged and list their names…
I am sure I have done this one last year but lets see.
1. I hate shopping (except grocery shopping)
2. I am rather shy
3. I can't wait to be a mom and the idea that it may not happen (well me being pregnant may not) haunts me daily
4. I don't believe in god but often wish I did believe in something
5. I like ketchup on my pasta
6. Death scares me. I used to freak out thinking I may not live through the night
7. I love to read and always carry a book in my purse
8. I am very sarcastic and can border on evil if you cross me
9. Most people think I don't have a temper - they are wrong!
10. Eat, sleep and read are my favorite activities (well aside rolling in the hay with Grumpy)
Okay lets see who can I tag mhhhh ... how about who ever would like to do this one.
okay got to run so I can finish up work on time and meet Grumpy for Spidey.

Glad to hear the picnic worked out. And I hope you and Grumpy like Spidey -- Real and I loved it!
heeeheheheee....I <3 your #8!!!!
Did you get to see the film?
D & I want to see Hostel 2 next week.
Lesley - we liked it. The special effects were amazing but of course Grumpy had to point out the deviations from the comic books :)
Jin - its very true. Mhh Hostel isn't that a horror flick? Na not me besides Grumpy and I are talking about going to NYC for a weekend when I am done with school and we plan on staying in a Hostel.
cool list katy! and i think you're going to be an incredible mom!!!
i saw hostel, it spooked me because it seemed entirely plausible!!!
i dunno bout spidey 3, damien and i've heard a little too many "its a chick flick" opinions so we're waiting till its on dvd.
That is funny! Real also had to point out the deviations from the comic book! I have to admit that I don't quite understand the whole comic book thing. :)
