One of the coordinators there works for a CRO and as we rode down the elevator and checked out together we got to talking. By the time we split at the airport she had given me both her cards and taken mine and told me to call her if I don't hear from her office this week and she will go to the VP of HR and make them call me. She works in HR and if I get the job she'd be my boss. She was so confident that this would happen but I am being cautious. Now this is the type of job I want to do after school - well I'd do it now but I keep getting told I have to wait 'till my degree is finished. It would be awesome to get a start sooner or have a job lined up for after. I'd get a nice pay raise too. Plus they are a global company with lots of grow potential for moi and I'd work from home when not at a site.

On other news Grumpy told me we have Baby Bunnies. So cute, sadly when he mowed the grass they panicked and ran in the back yard. The dogs have killed 2 of the 4 that I know off. I was really sad. I hope the other two stay in the front yard where they are save from the doggies. That's where the other bunnies always hung out. Also when I got my water from the garage this morning there were 2 birdies and it sounded like they had a nest with baby birds inside. So it seems my house is turning into a zoo.

And Phos - NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE BUNNY STEW!

aww...how cute. We get baby bunnies every year too, or we did. My fat dog found the nest and killed one of them last year, so now she checks that nest EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

But I love baby bunnies.

yay job!!!

Awww.....CUTE bunny!

We were very lucky to get Brioche when she was so young (6 weeks) as we wanted to teach her never to go after anything. She tries to chase mice outside, but I know she'll never catch one. She won't go near the bunnies or birds, so that's good. Unfortunately, that also means she won't defend herself...the other day a hawk swooped down at her, D thinks it just saw her head, not her body, and thought she was a squirrel. It came about 8 inches from her head before realizing she was way too big to take and it veered off. But bean just sat there and looked at it! LOL!

Jin - well you'll have to teach her some self defense thos hawks can leave nast gashes

Karate Brioceh!

The local hard rock station used to have an annual easter bunny rabbit BBQ.

I don't think they do that anymore.

Real - LOL @ karate Brioche - mhhh I can see why they don't do that BBQ anymore - after all I keep getting told that rock and metal is evil and we are all satan lovers and so forth.

OH Katy, I'm sorry you didn't get the position. But hey, it's their loss.

Love the itty bitty bunny: HOW CUTE!!! Bad Doggies! Bad, bad doggies! ;)

(just kidding, I am all too familiar with the hunting skills of dogs, it's in their nature)

Good luck on the job! That would be great. It's all about the networking.

We had bunnies in our back yard in NM. They liked to taunt Lucky Dog, our Shepard/Husky mix. She had the last laugh, however.

Jewels - I know the doggies only followed their instinct but it was still sad

Phos - I am not to sad about its not working out they have my name for future maybe some will come of it.

Lol I had to read this post because I knew Jin would freak out at the thought of your dogs attacking a bunny.

Hahahaha Jin's dog is a coward.

We don't get baby bunnies in our yard any more--our standard poodle made short work of the last two families of bunnies that tried breeding in our back yard. Now the terriers have taken up the slack since the poodle died, and our backyard is critter-free.

Hippo - I met the Bean and she is sweet but not a coward just very trusting

Bubs - yeah I think the only reason we have them is because they are in the front yard and the dogs are in the back
