torture
My new toy finally got here but i can't play with it because my TV and internet are both out freake fiberoptic had it for less than two weeks and nothing but trouble.

Hard to record your favorite shows without a connection!! Hopefully your provider got their ass out to your house and got you set up. Bet you got the old "We'll be out between 12 and 5" routine, didn't you??
Phos - Exactly! They tried to do 8-12 but I told them I have to work and get there between 5-7pm today. I got a call an hour ago from a tech and he says he fixed it and the reason for the outage was that the previous service provider had cut their line yesterday!!! Needless to say I called them up and they deny EVERYTHING!!! well we'll see if it works when I get home
you know, if i had tivo- i'd never leave the house!!!
