Check out my photo stream on flickr to see those pics. Well I need to finish packing heading out early to West Virginia for the week.

Hi Katy!
I just saw your comment re my wall-post and I am sooo glad you wrote it - especially because we have different point of view and I mean literally, different points of view on the subjects - from standing on different sides of the wall.

Your story sounds very interesting and I would love to know more about it and your background. I know you always are very busy, and to be honest I don't really have the time now either, but there is a book-project which I will continue in the future on that subject...

Anyway, how is your mother now? And how is your sister? It was really sad to read about them and how it was difficult to survive...

Really sick that they didn't care that she didn't cooperate!!! But you know the fact that she was left out in the cold is probably proof enough that she wasn't one of them. Because I can imagine that those who did support the communistic government had enough filthy friends to get them into fine positions... Was the same with the Nazis... And I really couldn't believe that the Germans elected someone who used to work for the east German government for their Bundeskanzler!!! I mean she even did all the PR-work for them and then HOW she got in power this time...!!!

How is your mother now? Is she retired? If not, perhaps she could get a job abroad?
And your sister... did she have some accident or something like that? I am really sorry to hear that she is not entirely well!

Anyway, if you want to and have the time... it would be nice to hear more from you - I am very curious about your so different point of view!
